How Every Contract Gets Managed
Regardless of scope or contract vehicle, Bluecrest brings the same process to every engagement.
Written Scope & Schedule
Every engagement starts with a documented scope of work, performance schedule, and quality standards — no assumptions about what's expected on either side.
Quality Control Plan
Internal QA/QC procedures are in place before work begins. Self-inspections are documented, and any deficiency gets corrected before it becomes a government finding.
Proactive Communication
COs and CORs receive updates before they have to ask. Schedule changes get flagged in advance. If something comes up, you hear it from us first.
Direct Oversight
The founder oversees every contract directly. There's no handoff to a project manager once the award is signed — accountability stays at the top.
